MEZMEZ is the brainchild idea of John Morgan, the founder of the first to market authentic Egyptian Home Cooking brand. Inspired by a love for tradition, family and really satisfying food, John started MEZMEZ to share the authentic flavors and textures of Egyptian cuisine with the world. WHAT IS MEZMEZ ALL ABOUT?
MEZMEZ offers a modern twist on classic Egyptian home cooking. Consisting of the three main food groups proteins, vegetables and grains each product contains a hearty amount of 12 oz. and is individually packaged in our 100% compostable fiberboard trays and is sealed at the peak of freshness. These frozen “meal components” are packaged separately but designed to be purchased and eaten together. We created MEZMEZ to enrich your busy lifestyles and meet your unique dietary needs with gluten free, dairy free, soy free, vegetarian, and plant based vegan options you have countless combinations and ultimate flexibility!
