Rice, Lentil and Chickpea Pilaf (Koshari)

Officially the national dish of Egypt this humble yet tasty meal has everything you need on one plate.  Protein packed brown lentils and rice, combined with chickpeas and pasta all smothered in a tangy vinegary tomato sauce and topped with savory, crispy and sweet fried onions.

Stewed Fava Beans (Ful Mudammes)

An Egyptian classic this dish is incredibly simple, it consists of slow simmered fava beans, which are seasoned with our family secret spice blend.  Best topped with fresh vegetables such as scallions, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Add a splash of lime juice and olive oil for an extra kick!

Red Lentil Soup (Shorbit Atis)

Hearty and comforting this meal in a bowl consists of red lentils simply cooked with a medley of farm fresh vegetables and blended into a smooth creamy texture then topped with crispy onions, enjoy with toasted pita bread or chips.

Roasted Spicy Eggplant (Musacaa Musry)

Large cubes of eggplant are oven roasted until tender then combined with bell peppers, onions, plum tomatoes and spices transforming this simple combination of vegetables in to an addictive concoction!
